Kimberly Reed is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Torch Key Asset Management and serves as a member of the Investment Committee. She has more than 25 years of experience across private equity investing, organizational leadership, and operational value creation.
Prior to co-founding Torch Key, Kimberly was a Partner at One Rock Capital Partners, LLC (One Rock), where she was the firm’s first hire. Kimberly was a member of One Rock’s investment committee and in such capacity, played a leadership role along with the rest of One Rock’s investment committee in multiple acquisitions, including a commercial landscaping services business and a branded manufacturer and distributor of bottled water and other beverages. In addition to her investment responsibilities, Kimberly held senior leadership roles within the firm, including oversight of the Los Angeles office.
Previously, Kimberly was a Principal at American Capital Strategies, where she focused on investments in the medical products and technology, life sciences, and consumer sectors. She sourced, executed, and managed a portfolio of six companies representing more than $600 million of enterprise value.
Kimberly received a B.A. in History and Economics from Columbia University, Columbia College.

Jack Rosenberg is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Torch Key Asset Management and serves as a member of the Investment Committee. He has more than 15 years of experience in private equity, with a particular focus on leveraged buyouts of complex situations across food & beverage, industrial products and services, and specialty manufacturing.
Prior to co-founding Torch Key, Jack was an investment professional at One Rock Capital Partners, LLC (One Rock), which he joined in 2014 and became a partner in 2022. At One Rock, Jack focused on leveraged buyout transactions of complex situations, including corporate carve-outs, operational turnarounds, and industry consolidations, in the food & beverage sector, as well as in business and industrial services and specialty manufacturing. As a Partner, Jack was a member of One Rock’s investment committee.
Prior to joining One Rock, Jack was an Associate at Relativity Capital, a middle market private equity fund. Prior to Relativity, he was a Financial Analyst in the Industrials Group at Houlihan Lokey.
Jack earned dual B.S. degrees in Finance and Accountancy, with honors, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Jennifer Kwon Chou is a Co-Founder, President, and Partner of Torch Key Asset Management and serves as a member of the Investment Committee. Ms. Chou has more than 20 years of experience in finance, capital markets and strategy.
Prior to co-founding the Firm, Ms. Chou served as Senior Managing Director and Chief Strategy Officer at The Gores Group and the Gores Family Office where she worked for over fifteen years. In that role, she had senior management responsibility over the firm’s strategy, new product and fund development, capital raising, origination, external communications, and corporate development functions.
Prior to The Gores Group, Ms. Chou was a Director at Sterling Partners, a private equity firm based in Chicago, where she focused on investments across business services and healthcare. Earlier in her career, she worked in capital markets at Lehman Brothers in New York and began her professional career at The Vanguard Group.
Ms. Chou is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and received an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
